AEROBICS LITE: A slower paced aerobics class that includes a cardiovascular workout for aerobic conditioning and is combined with light weight training for muscle toning & strength.  To complete your workout, we add a variety of floor exercises, stretching and a relaxing cool down.

STEP / SCULPT: A combination of aerobics using the Reebok Step and a variety of resistance exercises using ability appropriate hand-held weights and floor work.  This class also includes a full body stretch for flexibility.

AQUACISE:   Splashyour way to good health with this total body workout in the shallow end of the pool.  You will finish the class feeling refreshed & invigorated.  This class incorporates aerobic training for cardiovascular fitness, stretching for flexibility and a variety of strengthening exercises using the resistance of the water.  The morning class is 45 minutes; the evening class is one hour

PILATES MAT:  A mat class that brings together aspects of, yoga, floor work and dance through the teachings of Josef Pilates.  The class focuses on the strengthening and stretching of core muscles.

*CIRCUIT TRAINING:  Given on the last Saturday of every month.  This class involves a variety of workout stations, which incorporates weight training and cardiovascular training through a series of timed intervals encompassing a total body workout for everyone.

BODYPUMP: Is the original barbell workout that strengthens your entire body. This workout challenges all your major muscle groups using the best weight-room exercises like squats, presses, lifts and curls.  Perfect for men and women with great music and your choice of weight to inspire you to get results! Class format & length (45 or 55 minutes) is determined by the instructor.
