Our Group Exercise Program features varied classes, all with the goal of getting you in shape. Pilates, Yoga, Water Exercise, Step/Sculpt, Low Impact Aerobics and Stretch classes are all great fun and are designed to complement your total fitness program. We also offer Les Mills BODYPUMP™ classes! Challenge yourself with the original group weight-training class that strengthens and tones your entire body. It's the fastest way to burn fat, tone muscles and strengthen up your body. Great music, awesome instructors and your choice of weight inspire you to get the results you came for - and fast!

Aerobics Lite

A slower paced aerobics class that includes a cardiovascular workout for aerobic conditioning and is combined with lightweight training for muscle toning & strength. To complete your workout, we add a variety of floor exercises, stretching and a relaxing cool down.

BODYPUMP

BODYPUMP is the original barbell workout that strengthens your entire body. This workout challenges all your major muscle groups using the best weight-room exercises like squats, presses, lifts and curls. Perfect for men and women with great music and your choice of weight to inspire you to get results! Class format & length (45 or 55 minutes) is determined by the instructor.

Step/Sculpt

A combination of aerobics using the Reebok Step and a variety of resistance exercises using ability appropriate hand-held weights and floor work. This class also includes a full body stretch for flexibility.

Aquacise

Splash your way to good health with this total body workout in the shallow end of the pool. You will finish the class feeling refreshed & invigorated. This class incorporates aerobic training for cardiovascular fitness, stretching for flexibility and a variety of strengthening exercises using the resistance of the water. The morning class is 45 minutes; the evening class is one hour

Pilates Mat

A mat class that brings together aspects of, yoga, floor work and dance through the teachings of Josef Pilates. The class focuses on the strengthening and stretching of core muscles. If Sue is not available a different style of class will be offered.
