Our swimming pool is available for lap swimming, Aquajogging and many other forms of water exercise. We have members who credit water exercise at Diplomat for incredible improvement to back problems, knee, ankle & hip injuries, and arthritis. Private swim lessons are also available. The pool is under the supervision of a certified lifeguard and you get exclusive use of your own lane in our pool.

Saturday & Sunday 12 noon – 3 pm.

$5 per child. No charge for kids 4 years and under.

THERE IS NO LAP SWIMMING AVAILABLE DURING KID'S SWIM if children are in the pool. Adults are permitted in the pool during kid's swim and can aquajog, swim in place with the "swim trainer" device, stretch and otherwise enjoy themselves in the water (but not swim laps) during those three hours on Saturday and Sunday.

Best Times to Swim

Members ask when the “Best” times are to swim laps. Our pool has such great access (Club Hours) that it’s easier to tell you the very few times that you aren’t able to lap swim. Members come to us from other facilities because our pool access is so exceptional!

There is no lap swimming during Aquacise classes, weekday mornings 10:30 - 11:15 and during Kids Swim, Sat & Sun, noon - 3pm. Avoid these times for lap swimming as a rope will be up across the width of the pool. During evening Aquacise (Tues. & Thurs. 7 – 8:00pm) there are usually 1-2 lap lanes available.

Even during Aquacise classes and Kids Swim, members can use the deep end of the pool for deep water walking and running with the aquajogger and swimming in place with the swim trainer.

You have exclusive use of your lane in our pool so whatever you choose to do in your lane is fine.
